As much as I love ethnic foods, including Indian food, I obviously have a lot to learn not only about what I’m eating– but HOW I’m eating it. My I-have-no-idea-but-I’ll-try-anyway approach had Puja laughing out loud as I ended up building my food more Mexican style– far from Indian style– but the only way I knew how!
